Two seconds per layer. That's what the 6.08-inch monochrome LCD on the Mars 2 manages, thanks to 2K HD resolution and a cure time short enough to change how long a print session runs. Monochrome panels also last far longer and hold steady through long-term printing, which keeps replacement costs down.
A redesigned light source spreads UV emission more evenly. Combined with the 2K mono LCD, that means tighter detail and visibly sharper models straight off the plate.
The chassis is CNC machined aluminium — solid, and heavy in the way you want a resin printer to be. Up top sits a sandblasted build plate with stronger adherence during printing, so parts stay put and success rates stay consistent. An active carbon filter absorbs resin fumes while you work.
Menus now come in 12 languages, so operators around the world can work without a translation barrier. Alongside English you'll find Japanese, Dutch, Korean, French, German, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Turkish and Portuguese.
Coverage runs 1 year on the whole printer and 6 months on the 2K LCD; FEP film sits outside that. Two spare FEP films come in the box for swapping out the original.
