Print with a glossy, silk-like finish and skip the post-polishing step. This filament uses high-quality PLA, a thermoplastic that melts at a lower temperature and is easy to work with. Warping and shrinkage stay low, and there's no odor while the printer runs.
Tight tolerances, steady extrusion. The 1.75 mm diameter holds to +/- 0.02 mm, so layers go down smooth and consistent from one print to the next. Each spool weighs 1 kg and measures 2.2lbs.
Winding is done by machine and then checked by hand, which keeps the strand neat and cuts down on tangles, snaps and line breaks. A wider spool inner diameter makes feeding easier too.
Dried and sealed before it ships. Every spool spends 24 hours drying, then goes into a vacuum bag with desiccants to keep moisture out. The result: no clogging and no bubbling, with strong layer bonding and good fluidity.
Because the manufacturing accuracy is high and the dimensional tolerance is only +/- 0.02mm, the filament fits most common 1.75mm FDM 3D printers on the market.
