Neptune 4 High-Speed FDM 3D Printer with Auto Bed Leveling and Touchscreen

Klipper firmware makes the ELEGOO Neptune 4 quick on its feet: speeds reach 500mm/s, and the 225x225x265mm³ /8.85x8.85x10.43 inch build area takes on large parts or a full plate of small ones. Leveling covers 121 points, and filament runs through a dual-gear direct extruder into a 300℃ hot end.

• Klipper, pre-installed: The quiet Klipper motherboard works with an ARM 64-bit 1.5G quad-core processor. That pairing lets ELEGOO Neptune 4 hit up to 500mm/s, with 250mm/s as the recommended everyday speed; input shaping and pressure advance sharpen the output, and 8G RAM stores files for quick access.
• Dual-gear direct extruder: Gears with a 5.2:1 reduction ratio grip hard and feed smoothly. A copper-titanium all-metal throat pipe plus a redesigned air duct keep the throat cool, lowering the chance of a blockage.
• 300°C high-temp nozzle: Filament meets a 300°C hot end with an extended melt zone, so material flows out evenly even when the head travels fast. PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and nylon all fall inside its range.
• Auto bed leveling: 121 (11x11) probing points cover the platform quickly, and the hand-twist knobs below handle auxiliary trimming for a clean first layer. Bend the PEI magnetic sheet slightly and finished parts pop straight off.
• Cooling that keeps up: Two thickened double-sided 4015 model fans blow hard, helped by 4x4020 ball bearing blower fans mounted behind the print head. Newly laid layers firm up fast, which matters most at high speed.
• Removable 4.3-inch touchscreen: Take the capacitive screen in hand or click it back onto the base; model preview and pause are both built in. For dark workshops, a 30-bead LED strip with a hood on the gantry plus an LED at the nozzle light up the print area.
