Neptune 4 Pro FDM 3D Printer with Klipper Firmware and Auto Bed Leveling

Built for speed without losing detail, the ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro prints at up to 500mm/s and runs high-temperature filament through a 300℃ nozzle. Its build area measures 225x225x265mm³ /8.85x8.85x10.43 inches, and the machine comes with auto bed leveling, a dual-gear direct extruder and a segmented heatbed.

• Klipper firmware, already installed: A quiet Klipper board pairs with an ARM 64-bit 1.5G quad-core processor, so the Neptune 4 Pro reaches up to 500mm/s (250mm/s is the recommended working speed). Input shaping and pressure advance are supported for cleaner walls and corners, and the 8GB RAM keeps a library of models on hand for quick recall.
• Dual-gear direct drive extruder: The 5.2:1 reduction ratio gives steady, even extrusion. A copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe and a distinctive air duct design pull heat away from the filament path, which cuts down on nozzle clogs.
• 300°C high-temp nozzle: The hot end reaches 300°C, covering PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU and higher-temperature materials such as nylon. An extended hot end melts filament faster, and that is part of how the printer keeps its pace.
• Intelligent segmented heatbed: With 100W+150W power output, the slicing software spots an oversized model and switches on the outer heating zone once a print grows past the 120mmx120mm center zone. Both zones can be toggled by hand for tighter temperature control, and the PEI magnetic platform carries guide markings.
• Auto bed leveling plus manual trim: 121 (11x11) points map the bed automatically, so repeat prints start out level without hand work. Hand-twist knobs underneath let you fine-tune further if a first layer still needs it.
• Cooling on all sides: ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro carries 2 thickened double-sided 4015 ball bearing cooling fans and 4x4020 ball bearing blower fans behind the print head, so fresh layers set fast and warping stays rare even at speed.
