This is the original PFA release liner film made for the ELEGOO Jupiter SE resin 3D printer. Sheet dimensions come to 370*235mm, and each sheet measures 0.15mm in thickness.
Handles aggressive resins. ELEGOO PFA film resists a wide range of chemicals, and its surface stays smooth with no wrinkles, scratches or bubbles. That matters because the resin and materials you pour into the vat vary a lot from job to job.
UV light passes through at a 95% transmittance rate, so the light source reaches the resin evenly. The result is curing you can predict, print after print.
Prolonged UV exposure won't break down the film or rob it of its properties. It's UV stable, and it keeps performing the same way over long runs of curing.
Compared with FEP 1.0 release film, this PFA liner releases better. Resin doesn't cling to the non-stick surface, which makes peeling easier, and the liner lasts about 50% longer than ordinary release films.
