A PLA that behaves itself: This filament is made from standard PLA, a low-melting thermoplastic that's easy to work with. Warping and shrinkage stay low, there's no odour while it prints, and the surface comes out glossy.
Consistent diameter: Spools are held to 1.75 mm diameter with +/- 0.02 mm accuracy, which keeps extrusion steady from the first layer to the last. Each reel is 1 kg (2.2 lbs).
Neat winding, fewer tangles: Full mechanical winding plus manual examination keeps the strand arranged properly and heads off snaps or line breaks. A larger spool inner diameter makes feeding easier too.
Dried before it ships: Each spool spends 24 hours drying ahead of packaging, then goes into a vacuum bag with desiccant. That's what keeps moisture out and stops the bubbling and clogs that wet filament brings.
Fits most FDM machines: Because manufacturing accuracy is high and dimensional variation sits at +/- 0.02mm, this filament works with most standard 1.75mm FDM 3D printers on the market.
