Speeds of up to 500mm/s, a 300℃ high-temp nozzle and a dual-gear direct extruder sit inside the ELEGOO Neptune 4 Plus FDM 3D Printer, which prints within a 320x320x385mm³/12.59x12.59x15.15 inch inch envelope.
- Klipper, pre-installed: input shaping and pressure advance are supported, so the machine reaches up to 500mm/s (default 250mm/s) while print quality holds. Acceleration sensors on the X and Y axes auto-calibrate resonance compensation to cut vibration and tighten precision.
- Large build volume: 320x320x385mm³ gives you room for one big model or a batch of smaller ones in a single print.
- Dual-gear direct extruder: a 5.2:1 reduction ratio keeps filament feeding smooth and precise. The full titanium alloy throat pipe sheds heat fast, which means fewer nozzle clogs.
- 300°C high-temp nozzle: the 300°C kit pairs an extended hot end with a 60W ceramic heating element and a brass heating block, opening up a range of filaments, nylon included. Nozzle PID parameters calibrate on their own for steady temperature control.
- Auto bed leveling with a manual assist: the 121 (11x11) point system maps the bed; hand-twist knobs let you trim alignment yourself for solid first-layer adhesion.
- Cooling on all sides: 2x4015 thickened double-sided cooling fans and a 3010 ball-bearing blower fan handle heat in the print head. Behind it, 2x6025 ball-bearing blowers cool each new layer quickly to limit warping.
