Made from American Natureworks 4032D raw material, this PLA+ keeps warping and shrinkage low and prints without any noticeable smell. Strength and ductility are both there, and printability is forgiving enough for a first-timer.

Toughness gets a real boost over plain PLA. ELEGOO PLA+ handles impact better, cracks less and holds its shape, while the improved cooling helps suspended models and overhangs come out cleaner with a higher success rate.

Surface and bonding

Deposition is accurate and layers bond firmly, which gives you a glossier finish with no delamination to worry about. Printing temperatures stay low and the thermoforming dimensions are stable, so the process is easy to dial in and the results are consistent.

• Winding runs through full mechanical winding, a secondary sub-winding pass and a strict manual check, keeping strands tidy on the reel and cutting down on crossed turns, tangles and breaks.
• Strict tolerances hold these 1.75mm PLA+ filaments to a dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.02mm, so feeding stays smooth and flow through the extruder stays even.
• Filament is dried fully before packing and vacuum sealed with desiccant inside the bag, keeping moisture and dust out — no clogs, no bubbles.

It works with most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers on the market. Four colors in the box means you can color-code parts or just print something bright for a change.
