A big build plate doesn't help much if the first layer fights you. This machine handles that part itself.

Dual-gear direct extruder. Gears machined from SUS303 stainless steel run at a 3:1 reduction ratio, and you can adjust the extrusion force. Feeding stays smooth, so clogged nozzles and skipped gears become rare rather than routine. PLA, PETG and ABS all run fine; flexible TPU does too.

Room for the big jobs. The build volume measures 420x420x500 mm /16.53x16.53x19.68 inches on the ELEGOO Neptune 3 Max. Print one oversized model, or lay out a whole batch of smaller ones and start them together.

Leveling, mostly automatic. A non-contact high-precision sensor sweeps 63 points across the hotbed and compensates for uneven spots on the platform. Want more control? Turn the hand-twist knobs under the platform for auxiliary leveling and dial in the first layer yourself.

Steady and quiet. Dual lead screws and dual-motor drive move the Z-axis, while a double tie rod structure stiffens the gantry.
An STM 32-bit silent motherboard drives the X/Y/Z/E axes through high-precision stepper motors, keeping noise under 50 dB.

PEI magnetic platform. A spring steel sheet with a special PEI coating holds prints firmly and resists warping. Bend the sheet slightly and the model pops off. The 420W high-power hotbed heats up to 100°C quickly.

Touchscreen you can pick up. The 4.3-inch magnetic capacitive screen works handheld or docked on the base, previews the model during a print and shows progress, with multi-language switching.
A drawer toolbox sits in the machine base for your Allen wrench and nozzle accessories.
